How does OrderDrafter integrate with Epicor Prophet 21?
We connect through Prophet 21's own REST APIs: OData for reading your customers, ship-tos, item master, and contract pricing, and the Transaction API for creating native sales orders (oe_hdr and oe_line records) that return a real P21 order number. Your team provisions the API user, so you stay in control of access. A batch-import fallback is available for sites without the API entitlement.
Will orders post to my ERP without a human seeing them?
No. Every order requires one-click confirmation from your CSR before it is written to Prophet 21. You can also run in shadow mode, where drafts are prepared but nothing touches your ERP at all. Fully touchless processing is something you graduate into, not a default we impose.
How long does onboarding take?
